How to lose belly fat in one or two weeks?

If you think that it will be easy to lose belly fat in one or two weeks, then you better forget about this myth. Patience and stubbornness will get you there though, with maximum efforts and motivation. So, stop to dream about nice belly, just make a goal, and start actually doing something.

The fastest way to lose belly fat is to combine exercises with healthy meal habits.

You need stomach workouts to tone your muscles especially in that area and  burning off the fat can be achieved only with healthy eating schedule. Increase protein and decrease carbos.

Exercises must be done regularly and it is all about frequency rather than intensity.
