Lose belly fat diets

1. Upper Belly Fat. The fact that you eat a lot of sweets and sugar slows down the rate of metabolism, you have lack of exercises and workouts, and you like sweets, desserts and soda drinks, it’s easy to accumulate fat on your belly. The solution for you is to replace all those sweets with natural sugar. It’s not easy to give up sweet things suddenly and completely. It takes some time to give it up. Begin with replacing white sugar with honey. If you are a fan of desserts, start to eat some fruits (strawberries, apples, melons, berries) with fat-free milk or cream. Change your taste to achieve the purpose of losing belly fat.
2. Lower Belly Fat. For those who work in the office whole day and sit in chair without much movement we don’t recommend to straight away sit down after meal. Sometimes you forget to drink enough water, so many people have constipation, after a long time away, and you will have a beer belly. The solution for you is to drink more of lactobacillus beverage; lactobacillus and cellulose will help your constipation, also accelerate gastrointestinal motility and excrete waste from the body. Not to suffer from abdominal distension don’t eat too much salty food. Salinity could easily make your body assimilate more starchiness, and cause hydrops in your body, so you have to stay away from salty diet.
3. Thick Waist. Many of us do suffer especially from thick waist. It makes your figure look awfully fat, it happens because you eat too much and in too big portions. The solution for you is to chew your food well before you swallow it, eat more times to eat food less. Take about 5-6 meals per day. They don’t have to be huge, small portions and variety of food taken will help to make your metabolism run faster and thus the fat won’t accumulate in your body. Chew and enjoy your food slowly, you may feel that you have eaten your fill early. As well, you can have a bit of green salad or vegetables before main course; eat well boiled or steamed food instead of oily and fried dishes.
