Start with making circles in a clockwise direction with few fingers, and then press a little the area around your bellybutton. Repeat the same movements for about 10 min.

Climb Stairs: Fortunately for you if you live up on higher floor! Forget about elevator and start to take the stairs. Run up and down along the stairs. Keep your legs lift up when upstairs, take abdomen in when downstairs.
Even housework can be a big step towards flat stomach. Moping and sweeping the floor, mind to exercise waist and abdomen, especially the side waist.
